Do I need to be present during cleaning?
Not at all — many of our clients prefer to provide access while they’re away. Just let us know how to enter securely (e.g., door code, lockbox, concierge).

Do you clean with eco-friendly products?
Yes, by request. Just note it in your intake form and we’ll accommodate.

Pricing & Booking

How do you calculate cleaning prices?
We price based on square footage, zip code, service type, and the condition of your home. A custom quote will be sent after intake.

Is the quote final?
Your quote is custom and based on the information provided. If the actual condition or square footage differs significantly, we’ll notify you before we begin.

Is there a deposit required?
Yes — we require 50% of the total amount to secure your booking.

Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — please provide at least 9 hours' notice. If canceled later, your deposit will be forfeited.

Do you offer recurring discounts?
Yes — we offer 10% off for bi-weekly cleanings and 15% off for weekly clients. Multi-property clients (e.g., Airbnb hosts) also receive custom pricing.

Services

What’s included in a deep cleaning?
All standard cleaning plus detailed attention to baseboards, light switches, ceiling fans, inside microwave, and extra care in kitchens and bathrooms.

Do you clean inside appliances or cabinets?
Yes — this is included in our Move-In/Move-Out and Deep Clean packages, or as an add-on upon request.

Do you offer post-construction cleaning?
Yes — our 3-phase Post-Construction Clean includes debris removal, fine dust cleaning, and final detailing. Please contact us for an estimate.

Access & Preparation

How should I prepare for cleaning?
We ask that personal belongings or clutter be minimized. If your home is extremely disorganized, additional fees may apply. (We’ll always confirm with you first.)

How do you access my property?
Clients provide access through door codes, key drops, concierge, or being home at the time of cleaning. We’ll confirm during intake.

Trust & Safety

Are you insured and bonded?
Yes — Luxe Élan Cleaning is fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind.

Will the same cleaner come every time?
We do our best to maintain consistency, especially for recurring clients. If substitutions occur, all team members are trained and background checked.

What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
We stand behind our work. If something was missed, please notify us within 24 hours and we’ll return to make it right.
